Dr. Biglesen began his medical career as an ophthalmologist and served in the army in Viet Nam. His Biological Health Institute clinic has been shut down during the investigation.

Cincinnati attorney Eric Deters won the medical malpractice case against Dr. Abubakar Durrani in Hamilton County, OH. Dr. Durrani was found guilty of performing an unnecessary operation on a patient and Deters says it is the first of hundreds of lawsuits he is filing against the spine surgeon. Dr. Durrani is now missing but Deters believes Durrani himself or his insurance company will pay damages.
