Software Expert Witness For Apple Inc.

FBI court on March 22, 2016.  Neuenschwander will represent Apple, Inc., as an expert in software and cryptography. The case will determine whether Apple will be required to write new software code and deliver it to the phone belonging to one of the December 2, 2015, San Bernardino shooters. The FBI hopes to download information pertinent to the mass shooting and attempted bombing which killed 14 people and seriously injured 22 at a San Bernardino County Department of Public Health training event and holiday party.
