Real Estate Experts On B of A Tower Foreclosure

The South’s tallest skyscraper, Bank of America Plaza, was last sold at the top of the real estate boom in 2006 and is now being foreclosed upon.  Real estate experts say the foreclosure probably won’t affect tenants but won’t help the already depressed commercial real estate market. The 1.3 million-square-foot structure was sold at a public auction this week at the Fulton County Courthouse, Atlanta, GA.
