Expert Witnesses & Gulf of Mexico Case

The Gulf of Mexico case goes to trial in February 2012 and Louisiana has not as yet put forward documents ordered by New Orleans U.S. District Court Judge Carl Barbier.  The state will face penalties and the possibility of having the state’s claims dismissed unless it meets the November deadlines.  BP and others involved in the legal action want to have sufficient time to review the documents before working with expert witnesses in the oil spill case.
