Employment Expert On Factory Closure

Bemis Company, Inc. announced it will close its factory in Newark, CA.  Employment expert Huong Tran says Bemis had a lot of price competition from other countries, including China.  Tran is with the Alameda County Workforce Investment Board. Bemis is the largest flexible packaging company in the Americas and will shift production to larger factories.
