Computer Expert On Credit Card Fraud

Computer expert Ed Rincon, owner of Stack Data Systems, San Antonio, TX, warns that a computer virus placed in a restaurant’s network can collect card numbers as they come in.  Seattle restaurant owner Corino Bonjrada had customers complaining of fraudulent charges which spurred him to work with U.S. Attorney Jenny Durkan.  The result was the arrest of David Benjamin Schrooten in Romania and charges against him in the U.S. District Court in Seattle.  Schrooten is accused of fraud involving close to 45,000 stolen credit-card numbers.
