Civil Engineering Expert On Proposed Solar Facility

Civil engineering expert Mark Lukasik testified in the hearing on a solar array construction project to power the Gibraltar Quarry in New Jersey.  Residents and the planning board chairman are concerned with runoff and erosion after 2,000 trees are taken down to accommodate the solar facility.

Lukasik is Vice President at Tectonic Engineering & Surveying consultants and his company is  performing controlled inspections and testing during the construction of World Trade Center Tower 4.
