Biomedical Expert Witness Testifies In $5.6M Bicyclist Injury Case

New York attorney Kenneth A. Wilhelm’s client was awarded $5.6M after being injured while riding his bicycle and being struck by a motor vehicle.  The defense argued that the plaintiff was not wearing a helmet but the biomedical expert opined that a helmet would not have prevented  injuries which included paralysis and brain damage.  Biomedical expert witnesses may testify on accident reconstruction including automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, and pedestrians.
