Audio Expert Witness Testifies In Zimmerman Trial

Audio expert witness Hirotaka Nakasone testified in the George Zimmerman trial that there is not enough clear sound to determine whether it is the voice of Zimmerman or Trayvon Martin screaming on the 911 recording.  The prosecution claims it is Martin screaming for help on the two minute, 20 second recording while the defense says it is Zimmerman.

Hirotaka Nakasone is a Senior Scientist in the FBI Voice Recognition Program.  The Florida Department of Law Enforcement investigative report states that “Voice comparison is not possible for the designated voices due to extreme stress and unsuitable audio quality.”
