Attorney Malpractice Expert On Attorney Conduct Case

Business_Finance_57127Alan Greer, shareholder at Richman Greer in Miami, has been asked to testify as an expert on attorney conduct in lawsuits against Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein’s former law partners.  Greer would serve as an attorney malpractice expert witness for the trustee in the bankruptcy of defunct law firm Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler.  Rothstein is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to running a $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme using RRA as a front.

Attorneys for the bankruptcy trustee Herbert Stettin have already sued several of the firm’s former partners, alleging that they received improper or fraudulent payments, in loans or credit card purchases or other payments, that should be returned to the bankruptcy estate.
