Arizona Court Of Appeals On Malpractice Suits

Howard Fischer of Capitol Media Services writes that the Arizona Court of Appeals has ruled on expert testimony.

“In a key victory for the medical community, the judges said Arizona law requires those seeking to prove they have been damaged to present evidence of probable causes of their injuries. Judge Michael Brown, writing for the unanimous three-judge panel, said that is because plaintiffs have the legal burden to show the cause of their injuries.”
